Being a Real Living Wage employer is something that’s very important to the venue, but obviously comes with its challenges against a backdrop of spiralling costs. Over the past 5 months we’ve put a number of cost saving measures in place to allow us to continue to be a Real Living Wage employer and mitigate some of the cost. As far as we know, we are one of only two grassroots music venues to be a Real Living Wage employer along with our friends Le Pub.
